"This letter is in recommendation of Compass Edge Construction, and David Buchanan, owner. David contracted with me for a partial renovation of our beach home in the community of Sanderling in Duck. The partial renovation included the kitchen and bedroom level baths. A seemingly simple job in and of itself, however the home was 28 years old which posed structural challenges to the Compass Edge team. David took it on!
